1. HOW DO I BOOK?
It's as simple as 1...2...3.
1 - Book into our Base Hotel, Kouros Exclusive Hotel via the "Book your room" link on
the "Boutique Soul-Rhodes" page, or Click 'HERE' and choose the accomodation that best suites
your needs in this Fabulous Boutique Hotel Complex.
2 - Book your flight to Rhodes International Airport via the 'Flights' tab or click
'HERE' where you can chose your preffered carrier and book direct to suit your
travel requirements and UK location.
3 - Mark the date in your diary,, start buying new holiday clothes, and countdown the days to an
exclusive fun week away.
2. ARE ALL THE EVENTS HELD AT THE KOUROS HOTEL?
No, we will have DJ's on various days playing music around the swimming pool where BBQ food, snacks & drinks are available. There will also be daily & nightly entertainment programme both in the Hotel complex, Plus a variety of Bars exclusively for Boutique Soul and also have other daytime venues with DJ's. These in some cases will not be included within the Event pass and are outlined in the 'Activities & Events' section. click "HERE"
3. ARE ALL THE VENUES FAR FROM THE BASE HOTEL ?
All activities outside the hotel are planned to be within easy walking distance into Faliraki main town or a very short cab ride if your feeling tender, other activities will have transport arranged.
4. HOW MUCH IS A CAB FROM AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?
All transfers on the day of arival are provided as part of your Boutique soul event, however Cabs are readily available at the Airport when you step outside the Terminal. The cost is approximately 35 euros.
6. WHAT ARE THE THEMED PARTY NIGHTS?
Theme nights are optional, but you'll find most clientele take part, these will be outlined
in the "Activities & Events" section. or click "HERE"
7. WHAT VENUES WILL YOU BE USING?
A full itinerary and event programme will be e-mailed out prior to the event, this
way if there are any last minute changes we can keep the programme as accurate as
possible. So when booking please supply your full names and e-mail address so that
we can keep everyone informed & updated on activities and confirm your booking.
8. HOW MUCH ARE THE EVENT PASSES?
Event passes are included in your booking and give you access to all our day & night "Activities & Events"
However this DOES NOT include the Boat Party which are optional extras!
9. WILL MY EVENT PASS BE SENT TO ME?
No.. Your pass wristband will be issued to you on your arrival at the hotel and during the book in.
10. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE OUTSIDE THE DAY & TIME YOU ARE GIVING OUT THE PASSES?
We will have the event passes at all our day & night activities, just bring your printed Receipt and exchange it for your passes.
11. HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU AT THE EVENT REGARDING A QUERY?
Several members of our event team will be on hand during your weeks stay we will also supply contact numbers for you.
12. HOW FAR IS THE BEACH FROM THE HOTEL?
Beach is a 5 minute walk from the Hotel.
13. WILL THERE BE BOUTIQUE SOUL T-SHIRTS/ MEMORABILIA ON SALE?
Yes, T-Shirts fans and some other memorabilia items will be available on our website for purchase at special discounted cost, grab a bargin before you jet off...... and be part of the Boutique Soul family.
14. HOW DO I BOOK ON THE ACCTIVITIES OR OTHER OUTSIDE DAY TRIPS ETC.
To book your place on the optional activities or other optional days. This is done on a first come, first served basis! and can be done through our onsite Reps, and will be notified in plenty of time. No Boat Party wristbands will be issued without pre-payment!
